Project-based work usually runs 4–12 weeks. Fractional arrangements are ongoing, typically month-to-month after an initial 3-month commitment.
Yep, the majority of our work is done remotely. We're comfortable with organizations anywhere in the US and have worked with international NGOs as well.
Most engagements are scoped as fixed-fee projects so you know the cost before we begin. We also offer retainer arrangements for ongoing work. We'll be straight with you about what makes sense for your situation and your budget, and ideally help you recoup money in the process.
Then that's the best case. We've sent people away from the first call more than once because the answer was obvious and didn't require adding any cooks to the kitchen.
